Bally is an active commercial creel fisherman, fishing around the west coast for over 30 years. 

He is a passionate advocate for sustainable fisheries management, sitting on several government and industry groups and as a Director of Low Impact Fishers of Europe (LIFE).

Ellie comes from a creel fishing family and has a background in scientific diving, research coordination and offshore energy consultancy. 

Alongside her role with SCFF she is undertaking a PhD at the University of Glasgow and coordinates the Scottish Entanglement Alliance (SEA).

Polly provides support for projects and core areas, with the website, communications and finances.
